Student Congress meets Tuesdays and Thursdays

Student Congress provides an opportunity for students to debate political, social, and economic issues on a monthly basis from October to April. As a member of the school team, competitors are assigned to a chamber of twenty students where they try to pass legislation that they create. Judges assign points for speeches and trophies are awarded to the best individual speakers and the schools with the highest point averages.
